The Operational Standards, Capability & Assessment Unit (OSCAU) is responsible for driving up standards across the NCA by delivering a professional and independent Quality Assurance process for Investigation and Intelligence accredited career pathways, and by maintaining direction and oversight of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for PIP/IPP officers in order to build capability and capacity for the NCA’s delivery of operational outcomes.
