Staff representative groups
We take the welfare of NCA officers very seriously. All staff have access to occupational health services and there are a number of staff representative groups. We also have a range of sporting and other activities on offer.
Our vision is to Build a ‘One NCA’ Culture, that is distinct and diverse, where our people are united by their pride to protect, enabled to be at their best, and feel safe to speak-up.
We’re committed to providing a positive and inclusive environment where all officers from all backgrounds can succeed and make a real difference in our mission to protect the public against Serious and Organised Crime.
We are proud of our staff-led Diversity Groups who play an important role in supporting officers whatever their background, helping the organisation to develop and embed our approach to inclusion.
The Agency is committed to providing equal opportunities to all individuals. All NCA Officers have a role to play in creating a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and can contribute. We expect everyone to be treated with respect and dignity.
We are proud to be a Disability Confident Leader. We offer an interview to disabled people who meet the minimum criteria for the role and are happy to discuss reasonable adjustments as part of your application so that you can perform at your full potential and throughout your career with the NCA.
