Return of seized property

Property may have been seized as part of an NCA investigation.

Items of property are reviewed to determine if items can be returned to their owners, or if they are needed for an ongoing investigation.

As your property was not seized by the NCA you will need to contact the arresting force to enquire about your property.

In an emergency always call 999.

If you feel there is an immediate danger or that a crime is currently in progress we would urge you to phone your local police via 999.

Alternatively, if you have been a victim of crime and you are not in immediate danger, you can contact your local police on the non-emergency line 101. You may wish to consider reporting the incident at your local police station or via your local police’s website online reporting function.
