The HR Pay & Reward team is an exciting area of HR, responsible for the annual pay award, which includes the preparation and delivery of the annual evidence submission to our pay review body.
We are also responsible for non-pay benefits including our employee discounts, buy and selling of annual leave and internal reward payments. In addition, we have the delivery of statutory reporting including the annual gender pay gap reporting, as well as management of secretariat functions of our internal remuneration committee. And finally, we hold responsibility for the job evaluation processes and supporting with complex pay queries.
