HR Business Partners
HR Business Partnering Team work independently with their individual business areas, provide strategic HR advice to develop the NCA's capability, capacity and culture.
They support Senior Leadership Teams (SLT) by working closely with Directors and Deputy Directors on developing People Strategies by effective use of data analysis skills, along with planning employee engagement interventions to drive capability and people performance. HR Business Partnering also provides support to the business with activities such as strategic workforce planning, establishing skills requirements, implementing talent strategies and organisational change.
SCS Appointments
Works closely with Senior Civil Service (SCS) Leaders in developing People Strategies to attract and recruit SCS leaders and Non-Executive Directors, to safeguard the capability and succession planning within the NCA. SCS Appointments Team provides advice and support on SCS Talent Management with a focused on identifying and growing talent whilst developing action plans for how we support individuals to develop into these critical positions.
