Asset Managers
The Estates Asset Management Team manages the legal ownership of the estate, ensures compliance with lease terms and liaises with landlords, local councils and planning authorities. It also provides direct operational support by managing remote communications sites on behalf of the NCA. The Asset Managers support the Head of Estates on all estate related matters, including allocated property acquisition and disposal projects. including the creation and termination of leases and licenses, agreement of Wayleaves and Easements.
Facilities Management
The Facilities Management team provides support to the NCA and its officers by managing building services across the estate, ensuring suppliers deliver value for money and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure estate needs are appropriately prioritised and met using a risk based approach. The team is integral to ensuring the estate is safe, secure and compliant with all appropriate legislation, governance and Crown Commercial Service Framework through building maintenance, repair, manned guarding and contract management.
Project Sponsors
The Project Sponsor team designs the project structure, applies the correct project principles and uses the appropriate methodology to lead the delivery of estate projects within the set time, cost and quality constraints. The Project Sponsor team will be leading multiple projects at one time and must ensure all risks, issues, budgets and milestones are identified, tracked, managed and reported to support governance and decision making.
