The Commercial Category Team has dedicated areas of responsibility to cover the full lifecycle of commercial activity across the NCA.

Consultancy and Professional Services

This team supports the NCA in procuring and contracting external services that deliver outputs such as language services, insurance or temporary staff with specialist knowledge or skills.

Digital and Technology Services

This team delivers the procurements and contracts for the NCA's digital needs whether that be software, hardware, licences, managed services, end user services or application management and solutions development.

Specialist Goods and Services

This team procures a wide range of niche capabilities required by NCA operational staff to effectively carry out their day to day roles and responsibilities.

Communications Category

This team manages the spend for advertising and communications services, media buying, marketing and promotional goods and services, exhibitions and events.

Learning and Development Category

This team supports the commercial and procurement for training across the UK and Internationally, including classroom, virtual and e-learning. Along with other learning opportunities such as apprenticeships schemes, career development services, and technology training is contained within this category.

Personnel Services

This team oversees the procurement of services that support NCA officers such as occupational and psychological health, employee assistance and welfare, miscellaneous benefits such as childcare vouchers, and vetting services are captured in this category.

Estates and Facilities Category

This team has responsibility for the commercial activity that enables the NCA estate to run effectively including facilities management, infrastructure programmes and oversight of Utilities contracts.
