Programme Delivery
The Programme Delivery team leads the programme and owns the master plan. They are the strategic delivery lead for Concordis business cases, benefits realisation, quality assurance and the run central Programme Management Office (PMO). The workstreams reporting directly into this team are Construction, Design & furniture procurement, Security and Facilities, Change and culture, Spring Gardens exit plan.
Business Management and People
The Business Management and People team leads the People, Communications and Finance workstreams as well as owning the corporate management aspects of the Programme. The latter include resourcing, individual development, team culture and wellbeing, finance, business planning and managing our relationship with strategic partners. They also play a role in assessing the corporate and business continuity impacts of the programme.
Service Delivery
The Service Delivery team leads on the management of contract negotiations and the building management plan. They work closely with the Agency’s Estates Team on dilapidations, professional services and consultancy framework for and with Security teams to oversee Security Management Plan.
