Performance Team
The Performance team provides effective business support, administration and governance to corporate and central services functions in addition to contributing towards the achievement of the NCA’s Target Operating Model and strategic objectives. The team are responsible for the performance regime; challenging unclear data and reporting narratives from departmental Senior Leadership Teams; analysing data and presenting metrics relating to key performance indicators within Corporate Business Services.
CBS People
The People team provide the Corporate Business Service Command a local HR function to ensure recruitment, learning and employee wellbeing is effectively balanced between the employees needs and the Command's needs by collaborating with Corporate HR, employees and network groups.
Sustainability & Projects
The Sustainability & Project Team are responsible for driving decarbonisation across the NCA in line with HMG’s Net Zero Strategy by, researching new and emerging methodologies and technologies whilst collaborating with partners. The team’s focus is enabling the NCA to become a more sustainable institution through development of a viable strategy, and realistic green ambition, by implementation of environmental efficiency measures across all areas of the organisation. The Sustainability team help ensure the NCA remains accountable for matters such as Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions and carbon footprint in parallel with other government departments.
Fleet
The Fleet team provides an integrated fleet management service across the NCA to ensure the sourcing and procurement of new vehicles meets operational needs, whilst remaining safe and legally compliant by liaising with conversion specialists to manage technical fits. Fleet has a budgetary and legal responsibility for the service, including the maintenance and repair of the vehicles.
Organisational Services
Organisational Services conducts core activates by providing services and administration to support the NCA in operating efficiently and effectively. This includes managing the postal function, coordinating the general purpose vehicles on site and providing customer service to NCA officers through handling calls and e-mail requests relating to meeting room bookings, ordering PPE and stationery including the oversight & logistics.
