Behavioural and Social Science (BaSS)

BaSS is a set of complementary scientific and academic disciplines that aim to understand and influence human behaviour at an individual and group level. This includes psychology, sociology and anthropology.

Innovation, Science and Technology

Coordinates cross-community responses to the OTAC threat and opportunity picture. To achieve this, the team enables and exploits cutting-edge innovation, exploration, research, and experimentation. Potential interventions are then prioritised, validated with the operational community. The requirements and knowledge are shared with the appropriate capability development partner, policy body, or operational unit for implementation.

Strategic Customer Relationship Management

Supports the whole Service Partnership by providing a method for gathering strategic issues and connecting networks to enable collective decision-making on how services should be delivered, confirming service value and the delivery of benefits.
