The Strategy and Portfolio Team exists to drive clear and relevant plans for NCA’s new and existing Technology, Information and Data Services, through transparent alignment with NCA’s Strategy, and based on strong relationships with the NCA’s business units.

Enterprise Design Authority Technology (EDAT)

Enterprise Design Authority - Technology works across the NCA to build a mechanism for achieving the alignment of enterprise and solution, technology architectures to the NCA's strategic direction.
