DDaT CONCORDIS Delivery

The Team leads the DDAT delivery/infrastructure installations for Concordis estate by managing dependencies and collaborates with stakeholders across other projects and programmes. This is essential in ensuring an Integrated Technology Plan is developed, managed and delivered to meet programme deadlines and budget.

Service Integration & Management

Ensures the risk to live IT and Data Services, due to any type of change, is appropriately controlled and managed across all internal and external service providers. Along with ensuring knowledge and SACM (Asset and Configuration Management) is effectively managed across the Enterprise via internal and external Service Providers.

Service Performance

Assures the performance and continual improvement of all Technology, Information and Data services provided by the NCA to maximise the value from our suppliers in the provision of these services.
