Strategy
The Strategy Team anticipates changes in the economic crime landscape to inform and shape strategies, policies, influence legislative change and secure partner co-operation. We develop and drive the overarching NECC Strategy, setting the engagement priorities and co-ordinating across the threat teams and wider NCA to produce supporting material for high level strategic events.
We provide advice to senior leaders and the wider Command in support of fulfilling strategic ambitions, working across the NECC, NCA and Whitehall. Whilst promoting the activities of the NECC to keep our Officers, Partners and the Public informed of our response.
Capabilities
The Business Management Team (BMT) delivers vital support and assistance to the NECC Command and is critical for driving activity to enable NECC to meet agreed priorities. The team works across the NECC and wider NCA to provide a professional service, co-ordinating and controlling business management and frequently reporting into NECC senior leadership team.
We cover a range of functions, including but not limited to Co-ordination of Workforce planning, Business planning, Finance, Recruitment, Performance and Risk, Learning and Development, Estates, and business continuity planning. The Business Management Team (BMT) delivers vital support and
People and Culture
The People and Culture Team [PACT] is dedicated to implementing strategic initiatives and programmes aimed at enhancing the experience and wellbeing of our staff. We coordinate and represent the Command at various working groups and diversity committees across the NCA, ensuring the promotion and adoption of inclusive practices. In response to the annual People Survey feedback, PACT develops and executes initiatives that aim to address the specific needs, wants and aspirations of our Officers. The team's aim is to foster a culture of continuously improving our working environment and culture.
