IPS HQ consists of a number of teams:

• Security Incidents Team (SIT)
• People Team / Business Support
• Performance, Assurance and Risk (PAR)
• Training, Performance and Development (TPD)
• Private Office.

Security Improvement Programme

The Security Improvement Programme is the main vehicle for the NCA’s ambition to transform and mature its security capabilities, and is intended to be a fast-moving, dynamic and highly prioritised area of the NCA’s portfolio across several financial years.
