NCA Specials

At the NCA we've been inspired by the success of the Special Constabulary in policing. Building on this success, we too enhance our workforce through the use of volunteer crime-fighters, which we call ‘NCA Specials’.

Mae’r NCA wedi’i gynllunio i gael y gorau allan o holl adnoddau’r DU er mwyn mynd i’r afael â throseddau difrifol a threfnedig.

Dim ond drwy gydweithio’n agos â’n partneriaid y gallwn wneud hyn.

Mae’r NCA yn ymateb i gyfres eang o fygythiadau gyda nifer ohonynt yn parhau i fod yn gyfrifoldeb ar heddluoedd ac asiantaethau eraill hefyd.

Lle bydd trosedd yn gymhleth neu’n anymarferol i un heddlu neu asiantaeth fynd i’r afael ag ef, bydd yr NCA yn defnyddio ei ddylanwad a’i alluoedd arbenigol er mwyn sicrhau ei fod o fewn ein cyrraedd.

Mae partneriaethau’r NCA yn mynd tu hwnt i orfodi’r gyfraith. Rydym yn gweithio gyda’r diwydiant preifat, llywodraeth leol a chenedlaethol a sefydliadau sector cyhoeddus eraill, y sectorau elusennol a gwirfoddol, melinau trafod ac academia ymysg eraill.

Mae rhannu sgiliau, gwybodaeth, arbenigedd a thechnoleg yn ein galluogi ni i ddarparu’r ymateb gorau i gyfleoedd a bygythiadau.
