Sarah Pritchard

Sarah Pritchard is the Director of the National Economic Crime Centre (NECC).

She has spent the majority of her career in security, policing and regulatory enforcement both within government and the private sector, including running global financial crime compliance teams for a global financial institution.

Prior to starting her role in the NECC, she was the Legal Director for the NCA and director of the Agency’s transformative people programme. In that role she oversaw the delivery of legal advice and litigation services within the NCA’s in-house legal function, which supports all aspects of the NCA’s operations and threats – including the implementation of new powers under the Criminal Finances Act targeting illicit finance.
