You will need to think creatively to help manage legal risk in cases that are often novel, complex and challenging.

You will be part of the Commercial and Employment Law Team and will provide employment advice on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. These include:

• Individual employee matters;
• Strategic advice in relation to policies and workforce planning;
• Employment Tribunal claims; and
• Cross-government, civil service wide employment matters.
