UKFIU Senior Operations Officers are responsible for assessing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) under Part 7 of Proceeds of Crime Act in order that they comply with the legislation.

They make decisions relating to those reports within the strict time limits laid out in law and deal with enquiries from both the reporting sector and end users, including all areas of law enforcement.

The core functions of these roles are to provide an efficient support service to UKFIU Operations, corporate and central functions, programmes or projects, contributing to the successful delivery of business.

NCCU PMO is a small team who look after a large budget which builds capabilities for the Unit.

The team work closely with Project Leads across NCCU to assist in the daily management of a number of diverse projects funded by the National Cyber Security Programme (NCSP). This role sits at the heart of the National Cyber Crime Unit and works closely with colleagues in Finance, Commercial, Legal and technical teams in the delivery of capabilities.

Triage Incident Co-ordination and Tasking (TICAT) is the single point of entry into the NCCU for reporting new information and intelligence relating to serious cyber-crime.

To be successful in this role, you will be comfortable managing a team of experienced multi-disciplinary officers, providing them with regular operational guidance and working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve a common and shared operational objective.

The National Cyber Crime Unit is the UK lead for tackling the threat from Cyber Crime, with the responsibility and capability to lead the overall response to cyber crime.

We are currently looking to recruit Senior Officers for the NCCU Cyber Skills and Development team, either within our London, East Midlands or Warrington offices.

The successful candidate will focus on delivery of Cyber specific training both online and within the classroom. The ideal candidate would have experience within these environments.
