Chief Architect

Location: Multiple Locations
Closing date: 02 October 2023

The Chief Architect and their teamwork across the agency to build a mechanism for achieving the alignment of enterprise and solution, technology architectures to the NCA’s strategic direction.

You will possess proven experience of successfully leading complex technical programmes or projects alongside the experience of applying best practice in relation to tools, techniques and associated methodologies and/or design governance.

As Chief Architect you will provide strategic technical and security leadership and architectural design to drive forward the provision of capabilities and services that enable and enhance the core business of the NCA.

As Chief Architect, you will:

Inspire architects across the NCA to deliver the goals of the NCA.

Be accountable for delivery of technology principles, standards, frameworks and roadmaps that ensure high quality technical services.

Network and communicate with senior stakeholders across the NCA and wider partners and proactively seek out opportunities for digital transformation.

Manage, coach and develop staff, work cooperatively with colleagues and stakeholders to promote high performance, and manage issues relating to the performance and conduct of officers in line with NCA principles.

Provide strategic technical and security leadership and architectural design to drive forward the provision of capabilities and services that enable and enhance the core business of the NCA.

Salary

£70,179 - £85,788

RRA £3000 LWA £3595

A Civil Service Pension with an average employer contribution of 27%.
