As a Support Assistant you will provide administrative support to the Business Support team, the wider IPS Command and the Senior Management Team as tasked. This includes; diary management, travel bookings, assisting with organising events and raising purchase orders. You will also provide a secretariat function for team meetings including organising, booking, agendas and minutes. You will be responsible for the IPS establishment data including organograms. You will create and coordinate processes and spreadsheets to track matters including mandatory ELearning, Business Continuity Plans, policy and assurance. You will also monitor queries received in the inbox, and respond to queries providing advice and escalate if required.
