HR Delivery Services plays a crucial role in enabling the NCA to lead the UK’s fight against serious and organised crime.  As part our new HR Operating Model, Delivery Services will undergo transformational change.  

The role of the Senior Manager will be to provide leadership and direction to their teams located across different NCA sites, whilst ensuring performance and identifying and delivering improvements in a fast paced and high profile environment.

This will involve regular stakeholder / customer engagement to understand and deliver the requirements of the Agency, whilst ensuring compliance with the requirements of Civil Service HR and the Civil Service Commission.
