HR Data Management Officer

Location: Multiple locations
Closing date: 27 March 2023

This role represents an excellent opportunity for an administration professional with a data focused mindset to assist with delivery of workforce planning in the NCA, contribute to producing people data and the successful running of the HR Information System.

This role sits within a high profile team within HR responsible for the effective delivery of people data to the NCA. It requires energy and commitment to ensuring delivery of workforce planning data to stakeholders across the NCA.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a data focused environment. Ideally they will have a grounding in working with a HR Information System and have experience of collaborative working within a team and with stakeholders.

A focus on quality delivery, innovative problem solving and strong workload management skills are key to this role.
