Senior Officer – Mitigation at Scale

Location: London, Warrington
Closing date: 27 March 2023

The National Cyber Crime Unit (NCCU) leads the UK’s fight against cybercrime and uses specialist capabilities and expertise to support law enforcement partners across the entire UK response to cyber-crime.

Mitigation at Scale is part of the PROTECT function under the serious and organised crime with the aim of protecting victims, organisations and systems from cyber-crime. The role entails the ingestion and manipulation of large datasets containing compromised credentials from operational intelligence, applying the data science approach throughout the lifecycle whilst developing analytical tooling. Victim data is disseminated across the wider international law enforcement community; ensuring key messages from analytical work are communicated in a clear, collaborative and effective manner.
