Manchester man arrested by NCA officers after being on the run since July

NCA SG sign2 380x225A man wanted by the National Crime Agency, following a firearms incident earlier this year has been arrested by officers at Manchester airport.

Salman Gull, 24, was by detained NCA investigators after the flight he was on landed from Lahore, Pakistan on Wednesday 31 October.

He appeared at Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court yesterday (1 November) charged with possession of a firearm and ammunition with intent to endanger life.

Gull from Wilbraham Road, Chorlton Cum Hardy, Manchester, was remanded in custody until his next court appearance on 29 November at Manchester Crown Court.
